OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULT SPIRITUAL FORMATION & CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
SUNDAY MORNING OPPORTUNITIES
Spiritual Pathways 8-week Small Group Studies
These courses of study will lead us to deeper understanding in a small group setting, where we are known, cared for, and supported in our faith journey. Each of the Pathways is Biblically based and is a key Christian topic that will give a broader understanding of our faith. Each course will rotate through the Sunday morning classes, so you may stay with one caring group or join a new class for another session.
The six Books & Pathways, which rotate through all classes are:
“Troublesome Bible Passages” by Randy Cross
-The Pathway of Scripture & Biblical Interpretation
“Hospitality: God’s Call to Compassion” by Patty Pell
- The Pathway of Service
“The Balancing Act” by Robert Schnase
- The Pathway of Creativity & Spiritual Growth
“Commitment: Committed to Doing Right” by Sharilyn S. Adair
- The Pathway of Theological Reflection
“Show No Partiality” by Michael Dixon
- The Pathway of Community
“What’s In the Bible About Church?” by David L. Barnhart Jr.
- The Pathway of Tradition
